Delivery
We pack orders within 1–2 working days, then hand them to the courier – so it takes 6–9 working days in total from order to your door in the EU (5–7 working days within Poland). You will see the delivery cost at checkout before you pay.

We pack every piece by hand in tissue paper and padding, just as carefully as if you were collecting it from the studio yourself. Fragile pieces, such as jugs and sets, get an extra layer of cardboard between the items.
We email you the tracking number when your order leaves the studio. Until then, the order status simply shows “being packed”.
